Anna Vissi will headline the Athinon Arena
The allure of the live circuit had played a decisive part in her quest to reignite the Athens plate-smashing tradition.
"It hurts me when I don't sing, but I had to stop for some time" (DownTown 2008)
The Cypriot diva is to release her brand new album - after a two year gap - in the autumn. Her last single was the Eurovision entry 'Everything' which she sung in the Athens Final in 2006.
The director of the show is Takis Kouvatseas (aka Peter Young), to be accompanied by her long-term choreographer EMMY awarded-nominee Mia Michaels. The other team member is to include Eleftheria Deko (EMMY award for Outstanding Lighting Direction in the ceremonies of the Olympics 'Athens 2004').
Her fiercely loyal drummer friend Takis Kouvatseas is to have a half hour set.

‘Mr Shake It’ Sakis Rouvas will partner the Maggira Sisters. The hip-gyrating performer is to to conquer the Eurovision feat in 2009, with a song penned by ace hit-maker Dimitris Kontopoulos. The sure-fire Eurovision hit is to be selected in the New Year.
