A witness has told an inquest she saw a man "push" a boy and his sister over a hotel balcony in Greece. Liam Hogan, from Bristol, died after falling from the Petra Mare Hotel, in Crete, with his father, John, and sister, Mia, then aged two, in 2006.
John Hogan, 33, from Bradley Stoke, near Bristol, was cleared of murder.
Eyewitness Sarah Davidson, a holidaymaker, said she had heard "horrific" arguing.
She then saw the children standing motionless on the balcony wall before the man stood in-between them and shoved them off.
Mrs Davidson, who broke down in tears while giving evidence at Liam's inquest, had been about to leave after a two week break when she saw the tragedy unfold in August 2006.
