London Greek Radio was founded in order to work with and cater for the Greek community in London.
We seek to educate, inspire and entertain through programming, which reflects the diversity of our 400,000 strong community comprised of Greek born or Greek Cypriot-born migrants to the United Kingdom and their British-born descendants. We strive to report news and events in a non-biased non-political informative way; taking great care to ensure that issues of Equality and Fair Representation are constantly observed, promoted and acted upon.
We aim to serve with particular regard for those overlooked or under-represented by other media sources and to provide the exchange of cultural and intellectual ideas and music between different communities within a multicultural Equal and Diverse London.
LGR aim to build and strengthen the Greek community spirit and connect with other communities by forming strong partnerships with local and national organisations, which support our role in the development of the Greek community which we are here to serve.
LGR believe in and strives for Equality, Fairness, Freedom of expression and the unbiased reporting of worldwide news.
